Refunds and Cancellation

Gymography is free while we test it, so nothing is charged now. This page explains what happens once payment starts.

What you pay for

A one-time payment through Google Play gives 24 months of access. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel: access simply ends after 24 months unless you choose to pay again.

Refunds

• Within 48 hours of paying, you can ask Google Play for a refund directly: play.google.com → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history → Request a refund.
• Within 7 days, write to support@gymography.app with your Gmail and the Google Play order number if you were charged twice, or the app doesn't work on your phone and we can't fix it. We reply within 2 working days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Google Play. When a payment is refunded, the access it bought ends.

Prices

The price shown before you pay is the final price, including GST where it applies. We don't add any fees afterwards.
